WAYS TO GIVE
We have five different options when deciding how to give at The Point:
Online, Text, E-Transfer, Pre-Authorized, or Mail.
Annual official donation receipts are sent out in February.
1. GIVE ONLINE
Simple and secure. Give a single gift, or schedule recurring giving using your debit Visa/MC credit card, or Visa/MC credit card.
2. GIVE VIA TEXT
Text any amount to 1-506-500-5987. For example, to give $100, your text to 1-506-500-5987 would be 100. That’s it! After the one time setup, for any subsequent gifts you only need to text the amount to 1-506-500-5987.
(The one-time setup uses your credit card or debit Visa/MC and is the same as #1 option above – just faster.)
3. GIVE VIA E-TRANSFER
You can give tithes and offerings to The Point via your financial institution.
Most banks offer e-transfer services that allow you to automatically send your giving to The Point. Send your e-transfer to info@thepointchurch.ca (note: Tithes and Offerings, Christmas, etc.)
4. GIVE VIA PRE-AUTHORIZED
You won’t have to remember to bring an envelope, write a cheque, pick up cash, or wonder whether you gave this month - it’s our easiest and most convenient way to give.
